Is it possible to place a single order for multiple siblings?
Yes! Click on "Did you get another access code?" under the main menu "Login". You can enter up to five access codes at the same time. This way you will have access to all available photos. You can combine the order and save on postage costs.
I received a QR Code and/or Proof Card with an access code - how can I order my photos?
If you have received a QR Code and or Proof Card with an access code, scan the QR Code with your mobile phone or tablet if this allows or enter the URL on the QR Code or Proof Card and go to the "Login" page, enter the access code, register your account (if needed) and click on "Open Album"
I received an email with login information - how can I order photos?
After you have registered or placed an order in the online shop, you will receive an email with login credentials. Using your email and the new password, you can use the "Customer Login" to enter your personal gallery, order photos and check the status of your order/s.
Where can I see the status of my order?
The easiest way is to click the link within your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log in with the password and email address you received via email. Once you’ve logged in, your order details can be found under "My Account".
How long will the delivery take?
There are a few factors that affects the delivery time of products, busy periods, stock availability, delivery method, products and any third-party courier issues that are beyond our control. There is also payment issue, payment must be fulfilled, customers will receive a confirmation of payment email from our system before your order can be processed. Orders which include free shipping back to your school/organisation setting are usually processed within 7-15 working days after the ordering deadline has concluded. Ordering via home deliveries method can take up to 28 days for delivery during busy periods, however our usual dispatch timeframe is 3-5 working days.
Is the logo (watermark) going to be removed from the image?
Yes of course! The watermark is only used to protect our work against illegal copying and downloads. Your products will not have the watermark when shipped to you.
What is the quality of prints, posters, etc.?
We are committed to offering only the highest quality products. We use Epson industry standard software and hardware to print images, high grade lustre professional printing paper, and source high quality products and eco sustainability where possible. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your photo products, please feel free to get in touch.
Can I crop the images?
No, unfortunately we do not offer this function.
I rarely order online - How can I order my photos?
Select a photo that you like from your album and click "Order Photo” Then select the product of your choice, enter the desired quantity and click on "Add to basket". When you have placed all the photos you like into your shopping cart, click "Basket" on the top right of the screen and follow the instructions to purchase your products. Please ensure you confirm all steps in the ordering process to avoid missing out on orders. A confirmation email will be sent to clarify your order has been received and a payment confirmation email will be sent to confirm payment. If your order has any payment issue you will be notified by a "payment reminder" email. Apple Pay customers must ensure they follow all relevant steps to double verify their order.
Notice regarding archiving of photos and email notifications
Archiving your photos to allow new orders is part of our service and thus, it is a contractual part of creating a customer account.
In addition, sending reminders / notifications via email (for example, information about the provision of photos or their deletion) is part of our service and therefore no separate consent request is needed. Since sending emails is currently being heavily discussed in the media, we have decided to seek additional consent for new customer accounts. Please write us an e-mail or click the unsubscribe link within an email notification if you do not want to receive any further messages from us.

We occasionally may use your child/children’s images for our marketing purposes; these are in the form of printed and email material and solely go to a school recipient only. Should you wish not to have your images used for marketing purposes please notify us here.
